What Codelq Remodeling Does

Codelq Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do no design, building, installing, or repair work. We are also not part of any contract you sign with a provider.

The providers we connect you with are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its quotes, prices, schedules, permits, workmanship, licenses, insurance, and conduct. We do not hire them, supervise them, or direct their work. We make no promise about whether a provider is available, how fast they reply, when they work, or how the job turns out.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials. Ask for proof of insurance. Get an itemized written quote and a written contract.
