Codelq Remodeling is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent bath and kitchen providers. If you run your own remodeling business, joining our network can bring you calls from people who are ready to plan a project.

This is not a job posting. We do not hire employees or crews. We work with independent businesses.

Who we are looking for

We want providers who do full projects. Think custom bathroom renovations, tub and shower conversions, walk-in showers and tubs, and kitchen updates. Quick patch jobs are not a fit.

You may be a good match if you:

• Run an established remodeling business in or near Wixom or the Wixom area.
• Can take on whole-room projects.
• Hold the license and insurance your area requires.
• Explain things in plain words.

What we expect

Homeowners come to us to compare and decide without pressure. We ask providers to respect that. In practice, that means:

• Give clear written estimates with scope, materials, and timeline.
• Answer questions honestly, including when a job is not a fit for you.
• Plan the work around the household, with a realistic schedule.
• Treat the home with care.
• Never push a homeowner to sign on the spot.

You set your own prices and sign your own contracts. Codelq Remodeling is not part of the work or the deal.

We will read your note and reply with next steps. Joining involves a referral arrangement, and we will explain how it works before you decide.
