Disclaimer: What Codelq Remodeling Is and Is Not

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use codelq.autos. This page is a general template. It is not legal advice.

A Referral Service, Not a Remodeler

Codelq Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. Codelq Remodeling does no design, demolition, building, installing, plumbing, wiring, or repair work. An independent provider does any work in your home.

No Endorsement, No Promises

Being connected with a provider does not mean we back that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost, or results of any provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will have openings in your area at a given time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, permits, and conduct.

General Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, design, engineering, or financial advice. Every home is different. Every remodel is different too. What works for one project may not suit yours. Talk with a qualified provider about your own home.

About Costs

Any cost figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices vary with the job, your location, the materials, and the condition of your home. Ask the provider for an itemized written quote before work starts.

Loans and Payment

Codelq Remodeling does not offer loans, financing, or payment plans. We also do not collect payment for remodeling work. The provider you choose sets the payment terms. Read each contract with care before you sign.

Safety Notes

Remodeling can involve demolition, electrical wiring, gas lines, and heavy materials. Homes built before 1978 may have lead paint. Some older flooring, insulation, or ceiling materials may need testing before anyone disturbs them. Do not cut, sand, or tear out anything you are unsure about. If you think someone's life or safety is at risk, call local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Codelq Remodeling when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.
